BudTenders
Dispensary Agents will be responsible for hosting, educating and assisting Recreational Cannabis guests within the Prolific
dispensing location. All Dispensary Agents will attend a training course conducted by Prolific as well as state
required RVT prior to executing any job responsibilities. Upon completion of all required training, Dispensary Agents will assist 21+ guests on the retail floor and execute cannabis transactions from start to finish.
Inventory Manager
The Inventory Manager/ Specialist will be responsible for maintaining all cannabis and non-cannabis product inventory while also providing necessary support to the team of Budtenders and Sales Leads within the designated retail location. The Inventory department will verify and receive all incoming inventory deliveries and update the necessary data collection outlets and inventory systems (METRC and BLAZE POS.) It will be the responsibility of the Inventory department to communicate to Dispensary Management if any
concerns or needs are established within the available inventory. All Inventory Management/ Specialists will attend a week long training course hosted by the Training Administrator prior to actively auditing or receiving inventory.
Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily business needs while maintaining a customer-centric team environment. All Dispensary Agents, including Management, will attend a training course conducted by Prolific as well as state required RVT prior to actively managing the dispensary location. Upon completion of the training course, the Assistant Manager will oversee full shifts within the dispensary with support from the General Manager.
